You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ST7777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account credentials where such loss results from your failure to maintain reasonable security practices. You must notify ST7777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
ST7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — without limitation — where the Operator suspects fraud, breach of these Terms, collusion, money laundering, underage access, or where continued operation of the Account would conflict with applicable law or regulatory obligations.
ST7777 is required to verify the identity of all Account holders as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. Verification may be requested at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time at the Operator's discretion.

The availability of specific payment methods — including those commonly used in Pakistan such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — is subject to change without notice and does not constitute an endorsement of, partnership with, or guarantee of availability from any of those financial service providers.
All deposits are held in PKR within your Account Balance. ST7777 does not accept third-party deposits — the name on the payment account used for deposits must match the name on your registered ST7777 Account. Third-party deposit attempts will be returned and may trigger an Account review.
Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed on the cashier/deposit page at the time of transaction. These thresholds are subject to change. ST7777 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Users may request a withdrawal of Available Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. "Available Balance" means the total Account Balance minus any funds subject to an active wagering requirement, pending bet settlement or ongoing Account review.
Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to operator review procedures. ST7777 makes no guarantee of specific withdrawal processing times. Users are advised to allow reasonable time for processing and to contact support if a withdrawal has been pending beyond a reasonable period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ST7777 and its officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or financial loss resulting from gambling activity.
ST7777 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or fitness for purpose of any Content, odds or game outcome. Technical issues, data feed errors and system outages may occur; ST7777 will endeavour to restore service promptly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit ST7777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by its direct actions, where such limitation is prohibited by law.
ST7777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ST7777 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. The date of the most recent review is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amended version of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the ST7777 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating licence. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence require otherwise.
